Extreme Skiing-Ski Guide-Mountain Guide Zermatt
Realize your Dream Steep Face Descent with a Ski Guide – Mountain Guide Zermatt
Nowadays terms such as extreme, adrenalin kick and ultimate kick are often used to impress the masses, but what is extreme for one is just a warm up for another. To make it clear, here is my definition: extreme skiing is for me to ski down, where a normal mountaineer would use crampons, ice axes, ropes and hands. In other words: it is mountaineering on skis where the difficulty part is the descent and not the ascent.
If you decide to take an extreme skiing descent with me, a test day is compulsory to check your abilities. After checking your abilities, I reserve the right to do the extreme ski descent with you, to cancel or to insist on further training days.
You are not an extreme skier yet but you are fascinated by this way of skiing and you would like to be able to do it. I should be glad to show you how it is done and how to get to grips with it.
