Why a ski instructor,
ski guide or
mountain guide?
Skiing has changed a lot over the last years.
New skis, techniques and styles have appeared such as: functional turning
technique, carving, freeriding, halfpipe etc. It doesn't matter if these terms don't mean a thing to you because I
would like to help you find the right
technique, the right gear and to show you how to handle it. It is worth while to
check out the "new things". All new techniques have one thing in
common, to experience skiing in a more enjoyable way and with more fun.
Not only the new techniques are trendy, even the old things find more
followers.
Telemark is the first ski technique which combines nostalgia with
dynamic ski techniques. With the telemark technique only the toe part is
fixed on the skis and the heels are lose, similar to cross country skiing. The balance
can be found with a step position, going low down and sliding the bottom ski in
front
Besides the ski lessons I
will try to help you to make your holiday as perfect as possible. The
intensity of the lessons and terrain will be adapted to your demands and abilities.
I have known Zermatt and Cervinia for many years and I know exactly:

Which
slopes are best for you |
| + |
Where the
best snow is |

Where the
best slopes are |
| + |
Where the
nicest huts are |

When to
take which cable car to avoid queues |

My endeavor
is to carry out the ski lessons in
a relaxed and friendly atmosphere: you are on holiday and not in a class room. I will give you
information on the slopes or in the huts
about aprčs ski, going out, restaurants, panorama, Zermatt, dinner in mountain huts etc.
If you like I will help you with your reservations during your stay in Zermatt.
